Job Description
Main purpose of the job

Programmes Officer
To efficiently and effectively implement the Trust’s programmes including a viable Loan Scheme and a sound Revolving Fund

Key Responsibilities
• Implement the Trust’s programmes Efficiently and effectively Appraisal of the Loan Application to ascertain viability
• Facilitate the approval process within the Trust
• Monitor the utilization of resources by borrowers
• Develop and implement an efficient but sensitive debt collection mechanism
• Coordinate the activities of the Trust
• To do any other duties as may be assigned by the Trust

Qualification and Experience
• Relevant University Degree (e.g. entrepreneurship, social sciences. disability e.t.c.)
• Three (3) years’ experience minimum Computer literate
Needed qualities and attributes
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of microfinance
