JOB DETAILS:
A seed company based in Zambia is looking for a competitive Professional who can formulate and implement strategies to develop and generate sales growth of seed varieties throughout Zambia and regionally.
Minimum Work Experience
10 years with at least 5 Years in Agriculture Industry

Qualifications
• BSc in Agriculture, Agronomy, Sales, Production Management and/or related position.
• A master’s level degree in related fields is highly desirable and added advantage.
• Grade 12 with 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics & English, Credit or Better.

Skills & Requirements
• Must possess in-depth knowledge of the seed industry in Zambia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in sales and marketing
• A team player with the ability to structure sales and marketing activity that focuses on meeting targets
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Superior organizational and time management skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
