JOB DETAILS:
Security Operations Manager
We are looking for a Security Operations Manager with excellent organizational skills and a sound knowledge of the security and transport industry to be based in Zambia.
You are expected to be a team motivator, good communicator, have strong problem-solving skills and work comfortably in a volatile environment under pressure.
Our ideal candidate is confident, professional, and self-motivated. Key to this position is to get hands-on involved in the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient and effective management of all aspects of physical security of our client’s assets in transit.
• Management of Truck Monitoring System.
• Maintain client relations.
• Direct supervision of all team members and motivating, coaching, and continuously training the team.
• Monitor operational expenditure against budgets and ensure maximum accountability.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in security or transport related field
• 5 years + of experience as a security manager or other relevant position

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Associate Degree
