JOB DETAILS:

QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must be a Zambian with a minimum age of 30 years
• Have a BA degree in Public Administration or Social Sciences
• Have 5 years post qualification experience 3 of which should be at senior management level
• Experience in working in a quasi-government institution, statutory body or civil service is an added advantage

DUTIES
The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Director and will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient transport system in the Commission to facilitate mobility. (b)Ensuring efficient maintenance of buildings and
• surroundings in order to provide a conducive working environment.
• Ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in order to make them readily available to the end users.
• Administering effectively project resources in order to facilitate implementation of the Commission programs.
• Managing effectively human resources management function in order to enhance staff morale and optimize the utilization of human resources in the Commission.
• Managing effectively the timely development and implementation of human resources development plans in order to enhance human resources performance in the commission.
• Supervising effectively human, financial and material resources in order to attain the objectives of the commission.
• Ensuring timely and effective maintenance of Office Equipment in order to prolong their life span
