The Council of Palabana University is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions in the University.

Purpose:

To protect University property and other sensitive installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarding the University property and other sensitive installations.
  • Patrolling of premises to deter unauthorized activities
  • Ensuring safety of students, staff and visitors
  • Enforcing the University rules
  • General Campus surveillance
  • Reporting all problems encountered at duty location to the immediate supervisor.
  • Apprehending suspects and handing them over to superiors.

  • Time Management skills
  • Commitment and Personal Drive
  • Team Player

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent or higher.
  • Must be a Zambian Citizen
  • Must have a Green National Registration Card (NRC)
