Job Description

To define and execute Business Transformation and product development strategy, identifying short- and medium-term priorities with the
associated roadmaps

To conduct solution impact assessments to determine most efficient solution design and implementation approach

  • Drive and manage the Business Transformation and Product Development roadmap.
  • Ensure capabilities are robust and supported by appropriate monitoring and Management Information Systems knowledge
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders from concept and contracting phases through to post-implementation business as usual.
  • Assist in driving the adoption of Business Transformation and Product Development capabilities.
  • Develop robust business cases for change.
  • Work towards a longer-term vision for Business Transformation and Product Development solutions.
  • Present and facilitate complex discussions with Executive Management to gain buy-in.
  • Own and drive the Business Transformation and Product Development roadmap, programmes, and projects.
  • Assist project resources in coordinating and clearing obstacles for delivery.
  • Provide capability building within the team.
  • Drive awareness and buy-in for Business Transformation and Product Development capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for success and resolve defects.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment, and dedication in support of organisational values.
  • Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes.
  • Deploy integrated risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks throughout the area of responsibility.
  • Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters.
