JOB DETAILS:
Job Title: Customer Executive Department(s): Sales and Marketing Reporting to: Senior Customer Executive Job Summary Customer Executives perform a number of sales activities. They negotiate with clients, book appointment, attend meetings, discuss proposals and perform demonstrations of the company’s goods and services. The job allows them to travel extensively to client locations and given distribution routes within a given local area. .

  Primary Responsibilities:
• Marketing Execution
• Customer Relationship Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Market Development
• Asset Care
Secondary Responsibility
• Making Orders
• Market visitation
• Submission of daily sales reports
• Identification of sub dealers or distributors
• Appointing of new outlets

  Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with Credits in English and Mathematics
• Minimum – Certificate in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration/Public Relations/Public Administration or any relevant qualification related to the position
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG) will be an added advantage)
• Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing (Added advantage)
• Traceable work experience in an FMCG industrial/manufacturing environment ( added advantage)
• Ability to work under pressure especially during Peak Season
• Knowledge of Basic Microsoft Office ( Word/Excel/)
• Good spoken English and interpersonal skill
• Only candidates between 21 – 30 years and meeting the above qualification should apply.
