JOB DETAILS:
Kalene hills Fruit Company limited (KFCL) is a company that is wholly owned by Zambia Fruit Company a subsidiary of the industrial development corporation. The company is in Mwinilunga district of northwestern province. The company has a hybrid fruit and vegetable processing plant with a processing capacity of more than 3 metric tonnes per hour. As part of its growth strategy a need has arisen to fill the following positions.

Job title: IT Officer
Position; 1

Summary
It officer technical support officer monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization as its technical support officer, you will install and configure computer systems.
Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems either on the phone or in person.

Responsibilities and duties
• Manage technology service that meet operational requirements in designated area of the factory.
• Serves as the lead it liaison with senior administration.
• The it officer will manage area specific technology resources and actively participate with technology.
• Performs miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Must be good with computer programming.
• Good problem-solving skill.
• Work under pressure.
• Strategic planning and advanced leadership skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
• Knowledge and understanding of the current and developing strategic information
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology from a reputable institution.
• At least 3 years progressively responsible work experience.
