Reporting Line: IT Engineer Responsibilities:
• Provide primary helpdesk support and technical assistance to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage infrastructure including networks, CCTV, and access control systems in the office and remote warehouses
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and system access
• Conduct user training on IT security best practices and the use of business applications
• Implement and monitor endpoint compliance with established IT policies and security standards
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including computers, mobile devices, monitors, and teleconferencing equipment
• Support the setup and operation of conferencing meetings, including troubleshooting audiovisual systems
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned

You:
• Recent Diploma/Degree graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Technology
• Good understanding of Windows and MacOS
• 6+ months experience in a busy IT environment;
• Those with specialized training in Programming, Computer Networking, IT Support, or Linux Administration shall have an advantage
