JOB DETAILS:
• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Installer to join our team at E -Solar Tech, a leading provider of solar energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for various installation tasks, including house wiring, home solar system installations, water pump installations, and technical sales. A craft certificate in power electrical and knowledge of solar systems are essential qualifications for this position. Chingola residents are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Perform house wiring for residential properties, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Install home solar systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other necessary components.
• Conduct water pump installations, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations for customers, considering project requirements and system specifications.
• Size solar systems appropriately based on customer needs and site assessments.
• Engage in technical sales activities, educating customers about our solar energy solutions and helping them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project coordination and successful installation

Qualifications:
• Craft certificate in power electrical.
Strong knowledge and understanding of solar systems, including installation practices and maintenance.
Previous experience in house wiring and water pump installations is highly desirable.
• Excellent technical skills and familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
