Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalumbila for a Light Vehicle Workshop Foreman. The Light Vehicle Workshop Foreman will manage and oversee the daily activities of the Light Vehicle Workshop. The Light Vehicle Workshop Foreman will coordinate workflow, schedule repairs and maintenance, conduct quality control inspections, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in light vehicle maintenance and repair or related field
• Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic equipment, and modern repair and maintenance procedures
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage a team of technicians and mechanics
• Ability to lead by example and promote a culture of safety, quality, and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience with fleet maintenance software and systems is a plus
• Bilingual in English and a local language is a plus
