JOB DETAILS:
Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for client success? We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you!

• Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on leads and ensure timely responses.
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and texts during core hours.
Coordinate between clients, instructors, and management for seamless operations.
Assist with onboarding clients and instructors, managing paperwork and scheduling.
Process invoicing and maintain up-to-date client accounts.
Run reports and follow up on leads, client packages, and payments using the client management system.
Provide administrative support, including data entry and addressing client inquiries.

• Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proven experience in administrative, office management.
Experience working in education/youth services or with parents is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service skills, especially with demanding clients.
