JOB DETAILS:
Job purpose
The store supervisor is responsible for ensuring that restaurant is standards are adhered to and the employees are in their right uniforms as they execute day to day duties. The supervisor will work with the manager to ensure the brand integrity stays intact.

Duties and responsibilities
• Conducts shift meetings with team members
• Conducts opening and closing as well as mid-morning inspections
• Manage financial procedures of the restaurant (Cash ups, handling floats, and banking)
• Conducts and daily weekly evaluations and action plans
• Compile reports re sales turnover, and sales mix
• Manages restaurant stock level according to laid down procedure (ordering, receiving, stock control and stock takes)
• Motivates and develop team members

Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 certificate
• Previous experience in quick service restaurant at management level (Quick Service Restaurant)
• Ability to handle pressure
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Mature disposition
• Punctual
