Tender for The Supply and Delivery of Various Networking Material and Tools

The Lusaka Provincial Health Office (LPHO) under the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Project through a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has acquired support towards the cost of procuring Networking materials and tools.

The Networking material and tools will be used for installation of Local Area Network in six (6) of the twelve (12) sites earmarked for Electronic Health Record system called Smartcare.

The bidding will be conducted using Open National Bidding (ONB) in accordance with Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act No. 8 of 2020 and is open to all eligible bidders as specified in the bidding document and mentioned herein.

Lusaka Provincial Health Office now invites sealed bids from eligible companies for the tender captioned above as listed below

ELECTRONIC BIDS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Bidding documents may be purchased from the Lusaka Provincial Health Office. 3 Saise Road Long Acres, P. O. BOX 32573, Lusaka, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Kwacha (K500.00) using a banker's cheque or deposited in the Lusaka Provincial Health Office Bank Account The bid must be accompanied by the bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price.

Submission Procedure

The bids should be appropriately bound, sealed and clearly labelled TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS NETWORKING MATERIAL AND TOOLS and must be deposited in the tender box situated at the Lusaka Provincial Health Office, 3 Saise Road, Long Acres, Lusaka on or before Friday 9th July, 2021 at 10:00 hour's local time. Late Bids will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened soon after tender closing in the lower board room at Lusaka Provincial Health Office in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend.
