We are looking for Vendor Operational and Process Excellence Manager for Middle East and Africa This role requires a balance between leadership influence skills, individual support, and expertise in Service Delivery, Sourcing and Vendor Management. The candidate must be able to remotely coordinate the work of different internal and external Ericsson's resources across the Middle East and Africa, be able to work under pressure and deadlines with some international travel
Key Responsibility:
• Perform regular market analysis related to Competitors, Subcontractors, and market trends
• Run regular price benchmarking across the region
• Will be the SPOC for the market pricing analysis and support Sourcing in negotiation process with new Subcontractors
• Coordinate subcontractors onboarding process to secure all Ericsson's requirements are met
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple internal business groups to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Coordinate project delivery process with Project Managers
• Analyse and improve the tools and Dashboards and be the main demand SPOC towards Automation of ASP workflow and dashboards on how effective and efficiently we con extract and capture information from field
• Integrate EHS Wow to the subcontractor and manage the overall Excellence Improve spend control process
• Improve and derive methods how to make the subcontractor teams in the field more effective and productive
• Establish new methods of delivery efficiency status and quality reporting Activate Implement new tools and methods across the countries of the region
Requirements
• At least 18 years of professional experience in Service Delivery within the Telecom industry
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sourcing
• Extensive experience in Vendor Management
• Experience in Finance and Spend Control
• Strong negotiation skills Proven experience in large scale international cost benchmarking processes in telecommunication
• Strong leadership and ability to manage high pressure situations Strong knowledge and experience in Process Management
• Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• English (C-Level) language knowledge
• Preferable experience in telecommunication projects in Middle East and Africa
