KEDA Zambia Ceramics Company Limited is a joint venture with presence in West Africa and East Africa and is headquartered in China. Currently KEDA is the world’s biggest ceramic company and clean coal gasification system supplier. Graduate Trainees are typically fresh graduates who have just completed their degree and are looking to gain practical experience in their field of study.

Job Description
1. Comply with the company’s various rules and regulations, respect the leadership, obey the work safety, be responsible for the work, strict yourself to the requirements, and complete the tasks of the department in time.
2. Able to accept factory production environment and shift work.
3. Eagerness to learn and ability to grasp new concepts quickly to gain an understanding of the company’s operations and procedures.
4. Interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team, and to build professional relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
5. Time management skills to efficiently manage workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to the company’s changing environment and requirements.
7. Initiative and self-motivation to take on responsibilities and challenges, and to continually seek to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirement
1. Diploma and above.
2. Mechanical, Electrical, chemical and engineering Majors are preferred.
3. Graduated within two years.
4. Work experience in factory is preferred.
5. Fluent in English
6. Familiar with various office software.
7. Strong learner, good communication and execution skills. Hard-working, pragmatic and willing to work.
8. Lusaka applicants preferred.
