Job Opportunity: Human Resource Officer
KUMA Investments is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our organization's success by supporting key HR functions and ensuring smooth operations in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background:
o A Full Grade 12 Certificate.
o A Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
2. Work Experience:
o 1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
3. Skills and Competencies:
o Strong organizational and administrative skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with HR policies.
• Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
• Coordinating training and professional development activities for staff.
• Supporting performance management processes and reporting.
