JOB DETAILS:
AJAM Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Chambishi NFCA AJAM Engineering Project. The successful candidate will support the smooth operation of administrative functions on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recording employee timesheets and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintaining records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued to employees.
• Coordinating the renewal and preparation of employee ID cards.
• Assisting with general office administration, including filing and document management.
• Supporting HR and payroll functions by ensuring timely submission of records.
• Liaising with mine officials on administrative matters related to employees.
• Managing office supplies and ensuring timely procurement.
• Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and providing general clerical support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (experience in the mining sector is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
