Our primary services are recruitment and full cycle HR consultancy, specialising in sourcing the brightest individuals for some of the Zambia’s leading organisations. Our Client is hiring for multiple roles and we are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
1.0 People & Culture Manager x 01
Main Duties
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and enhance career growth.
• Establish and oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
• Manage competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs to attract and retain employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, handling employee relations and workplace disputes effectively.
• Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive work environment for all employees.
• Monitor HR metrics, analyze workforce trends, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (ZIHRM certification required).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Zambian labor laws and employee relations.
• Proven ability to lead culture-building initiatives and drive organizational change.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with HR systems, performance management tools, and engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2.0 Finance and Accounting Manager x 01
Main Duties
• Develop financial strategies, budgeting and forecasting processes to drive business growth and sustainability.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws and company policies.
• Monitor and control costs to improve profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate financial records and mitigating financial risks.
• Implement financial process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Work closely with senior management, clients and financial institutions to align financial goals with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
3.0 Software Developers x 5
Main Duties
• Design, develop, test and deploy software applications according to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical and user requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
• Ensure software security, performance, and usability standards are met.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and software development trends.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, Django, or Laravel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Understanding of API development and cloud-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
4.0 Junior Accountants x 5
Main Duties
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost management.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Work closely with the Finance and Accounting manager to support audits and financial analysis.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience (internship experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
5.0 Sales Agent x 3
Main Duties
• Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to promote and sell products/services.
• Maintain 100% QA.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Accurately process orders and maintain customer records.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• 0-2 years of sales experience (experience in a BPO or call center is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
6.0 Country Manager x 1
Main Duties
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the HUSH Tech Solutions in the country.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with client standards and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee budget planning and cost control to achieve financial targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, lead sales initiatives and expand service offerings.
• Together with the HR team, recruit, train and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and ethical standards in all aspects of operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, partners and industry bodies.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, client relationship management and process improvement.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage operational budgets effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
