JOB DETAILS:
• A non-governmental organization committed to ending gender inequality is requesting proposals for an audit. As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we are seeking qualified auditors to conduct an independent audit of our financial statements.

The primary objectives of this audit are:
• To provide an independent assessment of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
• To ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, regulations, and donor requirements.
• To identify any areas of financial risk or concern and provide recommendations for improvement.
• To enhance transparency and accountability to our stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries.

The Audit is expected to complete and cover the following tasks:
Financial Statement Audit:
• Examine the financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity.
• Verify the organization’s assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses for proper classification and recognition.
• Assess the adherence to relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
