1.0  Introduction

Zambia Civic Education Association (ZCEA) is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization that promotes and protects children’s rights through advocacy and civic education. Established in 1993, ZCEA works to promote and protect children’s rights in line with the basic principles and standards contained in the international and regional human rights instruments. ZCEA’s vision is a society in which all people enjoy fundamental human rights, justice, and human dignity, and the mission of promoting and protecting children’s rights through advocacy and civic education for children’s well-being.

ZCEA is currently implementing the Participation First, Children’s Voices Matter Project with support from Kindernothilfe e.V (KNH) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Corporation and Development (BMZ). The project’s overall goal is to show the concrete benefits for the boys and girls are initial approaches for better access to social services and improved service delivery.

2.0 Purpose

ZCEA is seeking the services of a vendor to supply 96 Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite that will be used for data collection, documentation, sharing, and reporting.

Brief Description of the Scope of Works:

• Supply of ninety-six (96) Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablets with 32 + 3GB RAM (highly desirable).
• Provide after-sale support (configuration).

3.0 Eligibility

All eligible vendors should submit the following.

• Company Profile – Physical Business Address, Business Contact Details, TPIN number
• Valid Company Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Financial Proposal

Other Requirements.

• Unit prices for goods offered in the financial proposal.
• Delivery Period
• Payment terms
• Any other information relevant about the Product.

4.0 Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
