JOB DETAILS:
• This is a Full-time on-site role located in Ndola for a Commercial Manager at Royal Clearing. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that meet business objectives and promoting growth by assessing the competitive landscape and identifying new business opportunities. The Commercial Manager will also work closely with the operational HOD’s to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or relevant role
• Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of sales and marketing professionals
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Adept at analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Experience with international trade and logistics is a plus
