We are currently seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our growing team. As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy, engaging our target audience, and enhancing our brand presence.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
• Create compelling and high-quality content for various platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and goals.

2. Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

3. Content Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to organize and schedule content releases.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.

4. Multimedia Production:
• Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and graphics.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.

5. SEO Optimization:
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the discoverability of our content and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.

6. Audience Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries on various platforms.
• Foster community engagement through thoughtful and authentic interactions.
• 7. Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content across different channels.
• Provide regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably in consulting firms
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and styles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels with credit or better in English and Mathematics
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
