As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Data Entry Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our data entry department to new heights.

-Responsibilities:-
1. Oversee a team of data entry specialists, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to company standards.-
2. Develop and implement data entry policies and procedures to maintain data integrity.
3. Collaborate with other departments to understand data requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
4. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
5. Monitor data entry metrics and performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
7. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company confidentiality policies.

Qualifications:-
1. Proven experience in data entry management or a related field.
