JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• We are looking for a detailed oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to capture and index data in the Data Entry department. You will be required to input data and meet deadlines with speed and accuracy according to our goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. You should have a sharp business mindset, skilled at organizing, sorting, and indexing data. Interpersonal, critical thinking, reading and writing skills will also be extremely useful as you will be the key person entering data for customers.

Qualifications and Required Skills/Abilities:
• IT Knowledge is an Added advantage.
• Flexibility to work in Shifts.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking and critical thinking skills.
• Must have a positive “can do” attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Security Clearance certificate with Zambia Police

Qualifications
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Information Technology.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) and Desktop Applications

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
