Key Responsibilities
• The fundamental purpose of the position is to grow top line turnover and build a sales, marketing and distribution team that can cost effectively sell , market and distribute the full Fresh product Ranges.

Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement their own strategy to Grow the Top line turnover within Zambia, the SADC and COMESA regions.
• Ensuring our sales , marketing and distribution functions are properly staffed within budget.
• Ensuring the team successfully finds and onboards new customers.
• Puts appropriate systems in place to generating and monitor orders and to increase the amount of product sold
• Maintaining good customer relationships.
• Oversee the Coordinating of logistics and warehousing to enable good on time and best cost delvieries.
• Conducting and publishing market reports that must include the following :
• Sales rates
• Gross margin performance
• Market price survey
• Competitor activity report
• Quality and customer feedback report.
• Managing the departmental budget
