JOB DETAILS:
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Kalumbila, Zambia. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and heating systems. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, possess a high school diploma or GED, and exhibit exceptional technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC equipment
Collaborate with clients to provide information and answer inquiries regarding HVAC systems
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Honesty and dependability are essential
Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in reading work plans
Ability to work occasional after-hours, weekends, overtime, and emergency holidays
Comfortable working in confined spaces
