JOB DETAILS:
Trent is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper & Caterer to join our team in Lusaka. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who can ensure a clean and comfortable environment while also catering to the needs of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Housekeeping Duties:
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including Offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain hygiene standards.
• Sping cleaning and changing towels as required.
• Restock toiletries and cleaning supplies.
• Attend to guest and staff requests for additional supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Catering Duties:
• Prepare meals and beverages for staff tea breaks, lunch, and dinner, as per schedule.
• Provide occasional light snacks when required.
• Create and deliver favorite meals for staff while innovating with new recipes.
• Work effectively as a team member within the company.
• Operate gas stoves, braai stands, and braziers with confidence.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Relevant Housekeeping Diploma and Hotel & Tourism qualifications (preferably from Zambia Institute for Tourism and Hospitality Studies).
• Prior experience in housekeeping and catering, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or guest house.
• Knowledge of local and international cuisines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible—must be available to work weekends and cater for special functions.
• Sober-minded and a non-smoker.
