JOB DETAILS:

Main Responsibilities
• Lead and direct the routine functions of HR department,
• Managing employee recruitment and onboarding process.
• Assist with payroll administration,
• Vast knowledge on Zambian labour laws and provide expert experience to management on labour relations,
• Managing employee performance appraisals and responsible for training managers and employees. Managing leave and attendance of employees.
• Evaluating of human resource policies and practices and insure implementation of company policies, Provide guidance and coaching on human resource activities.

Desired Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable institution,
• Minimum 5-10 years work experience in human resources at management level,
• Full Member of ZIHRM, proven experience with formulation company policies and implementing best hr strategies, excellent planning and organisation skills,
• Experience with handling of payroll systems

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
