PROJECT HOPE is a non-profit global health organization dedicated to providing long-lasting solutions to health problems and improving the quality of life for the world’s most vulnerable people. Project HOPE has been operating in Zambia since 2019 with its head office in Luska. To ensure quality services are provided to children in a systematic, coordinated, and professional manner, Project HOPE wishes to invite suppliers of various goods and services to submit sealed bids for registration of suppliers for Project HOPE Zambia Country office. Below are different categories under- which bids can be submitted:

1.     Media and Communications, Category code: 01/MC/FY24 (specifics to be provided in the Expression of Interest documents)

• Graphic Design: Designing and conceptualizing creative materials for Banners, logos, animation, Billboards, typography and print materials.
• Video Production: Camera handling and editing of footage.
• Audio Production: Handling recorders and editing footage.
• Print Materials: Designing and editing printed materials and arranging the layout.

2.     Branding, category code: 02/BR/FY24

• Designing and production of branded T-Shirts, Corporate shirts, Caps, Bags, Pens, Shoes, Books, Tier Drops, Pop ups Banners, Fishing Jackets and other related branding materials.

3.     Printing Services, category code: 03/PS/FY24

• Printing of booklets, leaflets, brochures, Flyers, Calendars, Diaries.

4.     Courier Services, category code: 04/CS/FY24

5.     Air Travel, category code: 05/AT/FY24

6.     Fumigating Services, Category code: 06/FS/FY24

7.  Repairs and maintenance of the office premises, category code:  07/RM/FY24

• Plumbing, electrical, building, painting, air conditioner and carpentry.

8.     IT Supplies, category code: 08/IT/FY24

•  The computer should have the minimum specifications tabulated.  (Details to be provided in the Expression of Interest documents.
• Computer Consumables (Details to be provided in the Expression of Interest documents).

9.     Hospitality, category code: 09/HS/FY24

• Provision of Accommodation & Conference Facility in Lusaka, Chilanga, Kafue and Chongwe

10.  Motor Vehicle Services, category code: 10/MTS/FY24

• Taxi Hire – Registered and Comprehensively insured.
• Bus Hire – Spacious bus and in good condition 14 seater, 26 – 30 seater and 65 seater.
• Car Hire – Sedans and 4 x 4 indicate clear descriptions.
• Truck Hire – 2 Tonne Truck containerised/flat, 4 Tonne Truck containerised & 7 Tonne Truck containerised

11.  Supply of Stationery, category code: 04/ST/FY24

• Including any other essential office supplies.

12.  General office Supplies, category code: 05/GS/FY24

• Cleaning materials
• Office refreshments

13.  Hardware Supplies: category code: 08/HS/FY24

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Paint
• Refrigeration
• Carpentry

14.  Logistics, Customs and Clearing Agents, category code: 09/LG/FY24

• Handling service
• Import Clearing

15. Insurance, category code: 10/INS/FY24

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS

• Company profile Submit their company profile including all contact details and physical address.
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Physical and official email address
• Provide 4 business client Referees.
• For quantifiable categories kindly include the schedule of fees
•  Valid Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) Certificate
• For IT services, providers should show/submit proof of accredited as either support/service centres or authorized dealers for HP or any other IT manufacturers.

•  In responding to the Expression of Interest kindly contact Procurement,  Proc-Zambia@projecthope.org  You will be provided with more clarifications if needed.
•  Clearly specify the category which you are applying for in a sealed bid envelope. (No General Suppliers).
• Project HOPE limits applications to a maximum number of two categories per company.
• Project HOPE reserves the right to conduct preliminary review of the submissions and contacting successful selected vendors for further due diligence exercise.
• Closing date for asking questions and clarifications will be 26th January 2024.
•  Expression of Interest closing will be on 6th February 2024 by 14:00 hours.
