JOB DETAILS:
Alliance Stream Limited is a company incorporated in Zambia specialising in the transportation industry within Zambia and the sub-region. The company is looking for highly motivated, skilled, experienced and self-driven Zambians to fill the positions listed below:

The positions will be based in Kasumbalesa along Congo Road, Chililabombwe District.
1. Auto Electrician (2) who will be reporting to the Workshop Manager. Requirements Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Auto Electrical / or equivalent Repairs or better with minimum of 2yrs experience.
2. Diesel mechanics (2) who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered vehicles. The duties will include running diagnostic tests on vehicles, test driving vehicles to gauge performance and maintaining detailed records of the vehicles they have serviced. Should have a diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering, valid driver’s license, and a diesel certificate will be an added advantage. Minimum 2yrs experience.
3. Artisan Assistants (3) who will assist with repairs and services vehicles, tyre repairs and attending to breakdowns. Should have experience in a mechanical workshop assisting qualified mechanics. Vocational trade certificate with atleast 1year experience.
4. Tire Fitter (2) Who will be responsible for all aspects of Tire/Rim/Tire Chain maintenance. Trade certificate with minimum of 1year experience.
5. Store Manager will be responsible to oversee all the aspects of the store including all personnel, receive parts requests, requisition forms to be completed accurately, receive correct products and correct quantity, order parts, received stock to be captured on the system and labelled correctly. Minimum of diploma in purchasing and supply with 3yrs experience.
6. Workshop Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting machines, engines, transmission and running diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues and conducting repairs aiming for maximum reliability. Diploma in vocational training or certificate in automotive technology or related field with minimum of 2yrs experience. Must have a valid driving licence.
7. Trailer mechanic (1) will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting and repair of semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems and components. Performing preventive maintenance measure on semi-trucks and trailers. Assembling and dissembling vehicle engines and cleaning the fuel tanks. Should have a craft certificate or vehicle maintenance/technician in heavy plant equipment repair with at least 2yrs work experience.
