Qualifications
• Must possess a Grade 12 School Certificate.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields: Engineering, Social Sciences, Business studies from a recognized University vetted by the appointing authority.
• Professional Qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/ZICA or other Relevant Qualifications.

Experience And Requirement
• At least 5 years of compliance management.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for compliance management.
• Excellent communication interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Accountabilities
• Develop and implement a compliance management program.
• Work with the business to identify regulatory risks and designing internal controls to ensure compliance with internal and external regulators.
• Provide advice on possible regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with the latest guidelines in Risk Management.
• Train staff and create compliance reporting channels.
• Monitor all operational processes and procedures using compliance management systems to ensure that the Company adheres to all legal regulation.
