JOB DETAILS:
Neelkanth Fresh Food Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our food products meet all quality and safety standards before reaching customers. This role involves inspecting products, conducting tests, and collaborating with production teams to enforce quality control measures, ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and quality checks of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational prerequisites (OPRPs) during production.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards, maintaining accurate quality control records.
Identify and address areas for improvement in production processes, and work on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Oversee safety and hygiene standards in the production facility.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO22000).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
