JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• To oversee quality control processes, manage a team of inspectors, and ensure the production of high-quality plastic products.

Key Responsibilities:
• · Quality Control: Supervise and lead quality control inspectors to ensure that plastic products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• · Process Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time, ensuring adherence to quality procedures.
• · Team Leadership: Manage and provide guidance to the quality control team, including training, performance evaluations, and task assignments.
• · Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• · Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• · Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, non-conformance, and performance metrics.
• · Training: Assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs for employees.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Production Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven experience in quality assurance and quality control in a manufacturing environment, with experience in plastic-based products manufacturing a bonus.
• 6+ months of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
