Job Description
To assist in the rewards management area covering salary surveys, payscales management and reward related analysis and support to develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality
• Prepare remuneration and increase schedules to formulate data submissions and perform calculations to assess the competitiveness of reward and remuneration for identified positions
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
• Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee development
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
• Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
• Provide input into the budget and manage and report on budget usage that reflects delivery of planned work within agreed parameters
• Plan for, administer and process payroll related tasks, activities and reports effectively and efficiently
• Analyse reward practices, as directed by seniors, to contribute to the optimisation of the reward ROI, increase in employee engagement and reward perceptions, strengthen EVP and improve internal processes
