Job Responsibilities
Strategy
• Develop a marketing and sales strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives
• Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate said markets Sales & Marketing
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client requirements, identifying trends suggesting initiatives that will achieve the company’s growth objects
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market trends to draft reports
• Manage and coordinate all marketing and advertising activities
• Conduct market research to determines market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and expand marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results while maintaining recording and individual budgets of marketing efforts
• Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions.
• Maintaining relationships with all clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Attend events and host, as required, to build relationships with a network of potential customers and develop possible business opportunities
• Collect data from sales reports for analysis
• Closely study past sales data to determine trends in productivity and sales
• Use current sales data to determine future trends and create sales evaluation reports based on collected data
• Manage, and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting overall business plan
• Develop, administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyse and recommend actions based on the status of individual clients or groups of clients

Qualifications/Experience
• University Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field OR equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum Experience
a. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales and marketing
b. Experience in team management
c. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
d. Experience in the PET strapping industry will be a significant advantage
