Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive market penetration. • Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve company objectives. • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders. • Oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and product launches to ensure they align with brand strategy. • Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets. • Report on sales performance and recommend actionable strategies to improve results. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior. • Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
