JOB DETAILS:
Retsol International Zambia Ltd, is inviting applications from talented, energetic, enthusiastic, suitably qualified, and experienced candidates for the position of Store Managers. This role will report to the Operations / General Manager

Job Purpose
· To ensure prompt and efficient service of all meals and beverages to the required standard.
· To ensure that profit margins are maintained, and costs are not exceeded through effective control systems, including issuing, sales analysis, menu costing and cash checks.
· To ensure that the restaurant, bar area, kitchen, storage areas and cloakrooms are clean and well always maintained.
· To ensure that the waitrons are always correctly and smartly dressed and adhere to personal hygiene standards.
· To ensure that food and beverage orders are executed promptly and that they comply with required standards. All managers to know the menu manual and use this knowledge.
· To ensure that stock and consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, received, checked, correctly stored, and issued according to requirements and standards.
· To report all price increase noted during GRVs and receiving stock.
· To record and report all stock received with short date immediately.
· Draw up staff rosters and ensure that staffing levels are correct and to agreed standards.
· To be fully conversant with all statutory requirements regarding food and beverage operation and staffing.
· To circulate throughout the restaurant and bar areas, maintaining a high profile with guests and staff.
· To deal with any customer complaints, ensuring that the guests are always satisfied and happy.
· To carry out and ensure that regular, on-the-job-training takes place to maintain a high standard of performance.

Key Tasks
Run periodic checks on the following:
I. General cleanliness of the shop.
II. General condition of all equipment and shop fittings.
III. Check packing and rotation of stock.
IV. Monitor all rosters and cleaning schedules daily.

Qualifications
· Relevant experience in managing people and Bar/restaurant/OSR.
