JOB DETAILS:
• Zambia Open Community Schools (ZOCS) is a vibrant and flagship organisation of Community Schools in Zambia since 1992 that empowers communities to provide quality basic education to OVCs, especially girls and children with disabilities. Premised on the principle that every child has a “right to education”, ZOCS, through its three-pillar approach of Advocacy, Capacity Building and Service Delivery, has accomplished much for the children and people of Zambia, reaching out to 224,847 learners (112,433 Boys and 112,414 Girls) in 1285 demonstration Community Schools across 97 Districts in all the 10 provinces of Zambia. • In line with the provisions of the ZOCS financial and procurement policies, ZOCS is inviting applications from established and reputable companies in all the 10 Provinces of Zambia to register as suppliers for goods and services for the period October 2023 to December 2024.

• Interested companies should submit their Expression of interest (EOI) which should include: Cover letter (expressing interest and specifying category applied for), company Profile clearly stating physical address, phone number and email address, recent and current trade references (atleast three) with proof of work done in the last 12 months, payment terms, certificate of incorporation or registration with PACRA, membership certificates with relevant regulatory bodies, VAT registration and valid tax clearance certificates from ZRA, copy of bank statements for the past 3 months and any other information relevant to product/service.
• For all IT related goods and services, applicants should show proof of being accredited as either support centres or solution providers for companies such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, APC etc.
