JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Operate and control winder systems used for hoisting personnel, equipment, and materials in underground mining operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of winder equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor control panels and instruments to ensure proper functioning of the winder system.
• Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel.
• Report any technical issues or malfunctions to maintenance teams.

Requirements:
• Valid certification or license to operate winder systems.
• Previous experience as a winder operator in a mining environment.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in mining operations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and make quick decisions.
• Technical knowledge of winder machinery and systems.
