JOB DETAILS:
Human Capital required for a Financial lending institution based in Lusaka.
Loan Officer x4
Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients
2. Monitor loan accounts and make collections
3. Resolve account disputes
4. Prepare collection activity reports
5. Analyse and approve loan applications
6. Provide tailored financial advise
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
8. Monitor loan performance and mitigate risks
9. Stay informed about market trends and lending laws

Requirements
1. Minimum qualification – Diploma in a commercial-related field
2. At least two years of experience in a Financial lending institution
3. Excellent debt collection or customer service
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and debt collection software
7. Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
