Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Handle front office duties such as welcoming visitors and managing calls.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must possess a certificate, diploma, or degree in one of the following fields:
    • Computer Science
    • Business Administration
    • Front Office Management
    • Journalism
    • Teaching
  • Must be aged between 20 and 35 years.
  • Must be sober-minded, disciplined, and professional.
  • Must have the ability to work overtime when required.
  • Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
