JOB DETAILS: Expansion Manager Role Profile Title: Expansion Manager Reports to: Head of BBOXX Business / Head of B2B Location: Kigali, Rwanda (initially) Role Purpose: To create long-term, trusting relationships with our new markets (B2B) customers. A B2B customer will mainly be an operator in a specific market/country using BBOXX operating model with BBOXX products and/or services. The Expansion Manager will oversee the development of a portfolio of assigned B2B customers, and actively develop new business from existing B2B clients. A successful Expansion Manager collaborates with our commercial teams to achieve commercial targets, while keeping our B2B clients satisfied and engaged with our products, services, and operating model in the long-run.
