Bulldozer Operator reporting to the Land Clearing Supervisor x 4 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Safely operate a bulldozer to push material and rip the soil according to the task
• Maintain work area and equipment in a neat, clean, and organized manner
• Grease assigned equipment in accordance with the O&M manuals
• Inspect machines daily prior to operation for safety issues, fluid levels and wear and record results on daily inspection forms.
• Perform general maintenance of machinery and equipment including the cleaning of cab, windows, tracks, and mirrors.
• Accurately report to the supervisor information such as load counts, hours worked, service meter readings, and fluid levels
If you have the following: • Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Proven work experience as a Bulldozer Operator
• A relevant driver’s license
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and integrity
Land Clearing Supervisor reporting to the Operations Manager x 2 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the land clearing operation
• Reading and interpreting boundary markers and basic plan drawings for land clearing
• Control operational and manpower budgets
• Prepare service schedules and ensuring equipment availability for service
• Preparing of weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure that all staff adhere to standard safety procedures and the Company Disciplinary Code
• Manage the performance of the team and ensure all jobs are done to standard on time
• Manage the productivity of the various land clearing operations coach and mentor, the team to improve their performance
If you have the following: • Diploma/Bachelor in Agricultural Engineering
• At least five (5) years’ experience in an agricultural industry
• Essential knowledge of Agriculture Services reporting standards, Project Management, Advanced Computer knowledge, Information Management, and interpretation of data
Workshop Supervisor reporting to Workshop Manager Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Ensure that all staff under the workshop unit operate within all relevant company policies
• Ensure all personnel are trained in their duty / function with relevant certification
• Ensure all equipment is in a suitable condition for operation by qualified individuals
• Ensure all personnel report to work on time
• Ensure regular and scheduled service and inspections are carried out on all machinery and equipment
• Ensure all completed jobs are checked and dispatched following a rigorous inspection and test where appropriate
• Maintain service records and keep them in an orderly manner
• Report any faulty/ substandard machinery so that appropriate action can be taken to rectify the problem area in good time.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe environment/ manner
• Ensure a 90% machine availability is achieved
If you have the following: • Minimum diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering/diesel mechanic trade
• 5 years’ experience in agricultural equipment or yellow plant
• Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
• Mechanical experience in heavy machinery
• Thorough understanding of farming operations
Administration and Safety Officer reporting to the Operations Manager x 1 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Communicate, coordinate, and maintain work schedules
• Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
• Maintains and organizes meeting schedules
• Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies
• Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
• Assist in maintaining a clean, efficient, and effective storeroom operation by following procedures to receive, unpack, inventory, store and account for supplies and equipment
• Promote and adhere to all recognized safety practices and standards
• Provide service excellence through courteous and professional engagement

Workshop Technician reporting to Workshop Supervisor x 5 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Maintaining and repairing all types of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment
• Repairing and inspecting all mechanical machinery as per schedule and instruction from supervisor
• Ensuring that policies and procedures are applied as per FES standards
• Achieving team and individual goals that are set out in accordance with the FES system
• Following specific methodologies in repair work to ensure availability and reliability of the machinery
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
If you have the following: • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/diesel mechanic trade
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Agricultural Machinery
• Good communications skills
• Team worker and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Boiler Maker reporting to the Workshop Supervisor x 1 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to: • Read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Measure and mark out cutting and bending lines
• Set up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters etc
Double-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work
• Fabricate and construct metal components
• Grind and finish completed products
• Perform quality checks on completed products
• Conform with state and company safety regulations.
• Complete job reports
If you have the following: • Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Metal Fabrication
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
• Advanced mathematical and engineering skills
• Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects
Ability to stand for long periods
Tractor Operator reporting to the Land Clearing Supervisor x 6 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs of Tractors
• Operating Tractors safely and efficiently
• Performing inspections of Tractors and attachments like graders, rollers, and plows, and ensuring they are well-lubricated
• Using Tractors to transport materials and pull or push agricultural equipment
• Operating tractors with laser leveling equipment to prepare fields
• Reporting any faults or concerns to the Land Clearing supervisor and other relevant stakeholders
• Remaining alert while driving and servicing the tractor, and always maintaining the appropriate speed limit
• Completing minor repairs on tractor and farm equipment

Excavator Operator reporting Land Clearing Supervisor x 40 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Felling trees, removing stumps and roots
• Read and interpret boundary markers and basic plan drawings
• Safely operate an Excavator to excavate, remove, and load materials according to the task
• Maintain work area and equipment in a neat, clean, and organized manner
• Grease assigned equipment in accordance with the O&M manuals
• Inspect machines daily prior to operation for safety issues, fluid levels and wear and record results on daily inspection forms.
• Perform general maintenance of machinery and equipment including the cleaning of cab, windows, tracks, and mirrors.

Fuel Bowser Operator reporting Land Clearing Supervisor x 1 Among other responsibilities, you are expected to:
• Maintain the fuel storage and dispensing equipment
• Assist in the implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule
• Receive all bulk delivered product
• Daily dips on all storage tanks
• Meter readings at all the meters daily
• Dispensing of diesel and recording of all transactions.
If you have the following: • Grade 12 and relevant qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• A relevant driver’s license
