Mumbwa Town Council has received funding from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development through Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and wishes to apply part of the proceeds for Drilling of 36 boreholes and equipping them with Indian Mark Hand Pumps and other civil works in Mumbwa District of Central Province, Zambia.
