JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
• Sales Interns will promote our suite of professional services, encompassing training sessions, workshops, HR and business consulting, as well as research and development, to prospective clients. Responsibilities include identifying leads, pitching services, finalizing and closing sales, and providing detailed information on our offerings.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Commission-based pay initially, transitioning to a monthly salary
• Performance bonuses and other incentives

Key Duties:
• Generate leads and build a customer base
• Conduct effective sales presentations
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience recent graduates can also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and proactive

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
