Position Details:
• Title: Store Manager
• Number of Positions: 2
o 1 position in Lusaka
o 1 position in Solwezi
Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Operational Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and excellence.
2. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating staff, creating schedules, and fostering a productive working environment.
3. Sales Growth: Developing and implementing strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
4. Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
5. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing losses due to wastage or theft.
6. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications and Experience Required:

o Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
