Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update company records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee records management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
