The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the organization runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to;
• Training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
• Preparing employee work schedules.
• Ensuring all staff adhere to standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.
• Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
• Ensuring offices are adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Handling customer complaints.
Requirements:
• Strong motivation and commitment to the work
• Fast learner and quick adaptability
• Minimum of Diploma or equivalent in business administration, business management, accountancy or other equivalent; University degree is an advantage
• Proven track of at least 2 years’ experience in Business Management, sales, store management and operations.
• Experience of managing cash accounts, procurements, writing reports and plans.
• Demonstrated experience in working with customers and sales
• Excellent English language skills
• Working experience in accounts, HR and admin is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills, flexibility, time-management, ability to work under stress and in difficult conditions
• Basic knowledge of financial management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work in accordance with the Company Code of Ethics
