Job Purpose

Responsible for managing agricultural processing operations at Tree of Life Farm, focusing on producing and processing food products while mentoring students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production of peanut butter and vegetable oil
  • Manage equipment maintenance and inventory control
  • Train and supervise staff and students
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
  • Market agricultural products
  • Develop operational strategies
  • Coordinate with farm management
  • Maintain comprehensive operational records

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Agriculture
  • 1+ year agricultural work experience
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Valid Zambian Driver’s License
